Yay! Here's the next character in the series from Avatar: The Last Air Bender. This is Katara, of the Southern Water Tribe, the only water bender from the South Pole. Which is rather sad. She looks happy in this picture though, doesn't she? That's because she's in her element. (Pun intended...) She's definitely an in-depth and interesting character. A bit too nice a times in my opinion, but that's why we like her, right?
I do not mind individuals using this in a blog or journal, however, DO NOT take my signature off of this piece, if I find someone has done so, you will be properly smitted. Also, if at all possible, please provide a link back to my dA website. After all, no one likes an art thief.
EDIT: After careful consideration and feedback I realized that both Sokka and Katara have sun tans/darker skin tones. Therefore, I have corrected their skin tones accordingly.

You're very right. I was just going to have all of the PPG's have the same skin tone, but I have since seen the error of my ways. She has been corrected accordingly. Hope you like her now.

Maybe if I wander around long enough, I'll find myself... And once again, I'm lost.
Yay! I'm glad that you like her. Katara kick some butt. I did just correct part of her skin tone though, so she looks a bit different. Hopefully she looks even better now.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
